After Malavai takes the artifact, the mushrooms glow orange as Kezuto appears from the ceiling, represented in this image by a shadowy figure.
The camera focuses on Kezuto and moves upward towards his head as he moves upright from his current position.
The camera zooms towards Kezuto slowly, for the purposes of tension related to the fact that Kezuto is at this point aware that Malavai has taken the artefact.
The camera is behind Kezuto, showing him leaving the artifact chamber beginning his search for Malavai.
